Consultant-led assessment, vestibular testing and rehabilitation to identify the cause of your symptoms and guide treatment.

Welcome!
Wessex Dizziness and Hearing provides specialist care for dizziness, vertigo, hearing and balance disorders.
As a Consultant Physician in Audiovestibular Medicine, I work alongside a specialist audiologist and physiotherapist to provide coordinated medical assessment, specialist diagnostics and rehabilitation.
Wessex Dizziness and Hearing provides consultant-led assessment for people experiencing dizziness, vertigo, imbalance, hearing loss and tinnitus.
Dizziness can have many causes, and similar symptoms may arise from inner-ear disorders, migraine-related conditions or disturbances in the way the brain processes balance information. A specialist audiovestibular assessment considers your symptoms, medical history and clinical examination together to help identify the likely cause.
We assess and manage conditions including vestibular migraine, BPPV, Persistent Postural-Perceptual Dizziness (PPPD), Ménière’s disease, vestibular neuritis and Superior Semicircular Canal Dehiscence (SSCD), as well as persistent or unexplained dizziness and imbalance.
Where clinically indicated, specialist investigations may include hearing assessment, VNG, vHIT, caloric testing and VEMPs. Test results are interpreted within the wider clinical picture rather than in isolation.
Working with our specialist audiologist and vestibular physiotherapist allows us to provide a coordinated pathway from diagnosis and investigation through to treatment and rehabilitation.

About Me
My experience with diverse patient groups has given me a deep understanding of the systems that influence balance and facial function, particularly in relation to balance disorders like BPPV and SCCD. I am skilled in diagnosing and treating vestibular conditions and facial pathologies, supporting individuals dealing with dizziness, vertigo, and facial weakness. I also address related issues such as hearing loss and tinnitus, offering effective tinnitus treatment.
My approach is holistic and patient-centered, with personalized treatment plans designed to meet each individual’s goals. I am dedicated to helping people regain confidence, independence, and a better quality of life through vestibular rehabilitation. I look forward to supporting you on your journey to improved well-being and effective dizziness treatment.

At Wessex Dizziness and Hearing, I began with a straightforward mission: to help individuals manage balance disorders and live healthier, happier lives. I believe that everyone deserves to feel their best, free from issues like dizziness, vertigo, and hearing loss. My commitment is to provide effective dizziness treatment, including options for conditions such as BPPV, PPPD, SCCD, and tinnitus. Through specialized tinnitus treatment and vestibular rehabilitation, I aim to make a positive impact on as many people as possible.

I specialize in audio-vestibular medicine and am listed on the Specialist Register of the General Medical Council following my training in London. My primary focus is on vestibular medicine, where I work closely with patients experiencing balance disorders, such as benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV), dizziness, and central vestibular disorders . I also address conditions related to hearing loss, including tinnitus and noise-induced hearing loss, as well as central auditory processing deficits. For those suffering from dizziness and related symptoms, I offer comprehensive dizziness treatment and vestibular rehabilitation to help improve their quality of life.

I am excited to offer comprehensive Audiological and Vestibular function tests to help diagnose conditions related to hearing loss, balance disorders, and dizziness. Our audiological test batteries include: 1. Pure tone audiometry 2. Tympanometry 3. Otoacoustic Emissions 4. Acoustic Reflex test. For vestibular assessment, we provide specialized tests such as: 1. Video Head Impulse Test (vHIT) 2. Videonystagmography (VNG) 3. Vestibular evoked myogenic potentials (VEMPs). These tests are crucial for evaluating conditions like BPPV, PPPD, and SCCD, and they play a vital role in our dizziness treatment and tinnitus treatment programs. Additionally, our vestibular rehabilitation services are designed to help patients experiencing vertigo and improve their overall balance.

At Wessex Dizziness and Hearing, I take a holistic approach to care by treating the whole person—not just the symptoms of balance disorders like BPPV and PPPD. By addressing the root causes of dizziness and vertigo, I help clients restore well-being, regain confidence, and improve their quality of life. Additionally, I provide effective tinnitus treatment and incorporate vestibular rehabilitation techniques to assist those experiencing hearing loss.

I am delighted to announce that I will now be offering new and follow-up consultations for balance disorders, including BPPV and SCCD, at the Harley Street Audiovestibular Clinic in London.
